General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
For all bookings and stays in our holiday apartments, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) in their current version apply. You can view them here: AGBH 2006 – Austrian Economic Chamber WKO. Deviating from the AGBH 2006, the following special regulations apply to our house:

Arrival & Departure
Your holiday apartment will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please let us know in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. A late check-out may be possible upon request.

Prices
All prices are per apartment and vary depending on the number of guests and the travel period. Subject to changes, errors and adjustments.

Cancellation Policy
By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following cancellation conditions:
•    Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation.
•    From 3 months to 1 week before arrival: 40% cancellation fee.
•    In the last week before arrival: 70%.
•    In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total arrangement price.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Payment
The invoice for your stay can be settled by Visa, Mastercard, EC card, bank transfer or cash. Cash payments are possible up to € 4,999. Please note that cheques, Diners Club and American Express are not accepted. For bank transfers, the full amount must be received before departure.

Local Tax
The local tourist tax for guests aged 14 and over is € 1.65 until 31.10.2025 and € 1.85 from 01.11.2025.

Bregenzerwald Guest Card
With the Bregenzerwald Guest Card you enjoy many benefits – from free rides on mountain cable cars to unlimited use of public transport. The Guest Card is free of charge for all guests who stay three nights or more between 1 May and 31 October. It is valid from the day of arrival until the day of departure. Children from the age of 6 also require their own Guest Card to benefit from all included services. Please make sure to enter all accompanying children during your online check-in.
Note: In spring and autumn, cable cars may have limited opening hours or only operate on weekends. Please check the current timetables and opening times in advance.

Smoking
All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on terraces and balconies.

Parties
Parties and events are not allowed.

Pets
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept pets.
